Five-step method
From raw material to public profile
Every step supports a specific public fact. If evidence is not enough, the result may be “not published”.

Identify sources
Confirm who published the information, when it was published and which institution or service it applies to.
- Record the source owner, original link or file, publication date, version and access time.
- Prefer regulator records, official hospital materials and traceable written confirmation.

Separate facts
Break broad promotional text into single facts that can be checked one by one.
- Institution name, location, service scope, specialist role, fees and outcome data are recorded separately.
- Each fact keeps its source, applicable scope and review status.

Align definitions
Numbers are comparable only when definition, scope and time period are clear.
- Fees should state currency, included items, exclusions, applicable conditions and effective date.
- Outcome data should state outcome definition, age group, sample period, denominator and data source before being shown as a comparison.

When sources differ, we keep the difference visible instead of averaging numbers into one answer.
- Review the statistical scope, publication date and version before seeking confirmation.
